Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only via standard ground shipping:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Delayed Packages: If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at chicaestheticsshop@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
