REFUND POLICY
We want you to adore your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at chicaestheticsshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first - unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at chicaestheticsshop@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
